We help clients understand and develop their own HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. Don’t just copy someone else’s policies and procedures unless you know and intend to implement the same practices.

We can provide you with templates and help you complete required policies and procedures. We can also help you update these policies and procedures so you stay in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards and related state privacy laws.

We provide HIPAA procedure templates that you can follow to implement your policies. If you haven’t completed your required HIPAA policies and procedures or updated them lately, now would be a good time. Better to do them before someone asks to see your copy.
